Tijjani Abdullahi Dankumbo is a community development advocate, public servant, and philanthropist committed to promoting sustainable development and improving the lives of vulnerable populations. He founded Dankumbo Charity Foundation to provide a structured platform for addressing social challenges through education, healthcare and community wellness, youth empowerment and leadership development, women empowerment and inclusion, humanitarian assistance and social protection, community development, and agriculture and food security. As Chairman, he provides strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and overall governance oversight, guiding the Foundation toward sustainable impact and meaningful improvements in communities.
Samira Ali Musa Dankumbo is an entrepreneur, educator, and women’s empowerment advocate. She is the Founder and CEO of Mira-Tee Beauty Empire, Financial Secretary of the Jigawa Women Entrepreneurs Network (JIWEN), and one of the Trustees of the Dankumbo Charity Foundation. She will oversee the Humanitarian Assistance and Social Protection portfolio, one of the Foundation’s key strategic focus areas, providing leadership in initiatives supporting vulnerable individuals and families, women and youth empowerment, and community resilience.
Hafsat Isyaku Dankumbo is an entrepreneur, public enlightenment advocate, and humanitarian aid advocate. She is the Founder and CEO of Snow Beauty, a leading beauty lounge based in Kano. As part of the Foundation’s leadership, she will oversee the Women Empowerment & Inclusion portfolio, one of the Foundation’s key strategic focus areas, promoting women’s participation, economic empowerment, and inclusive opportunities within the community.
Abubakar Abdullahi Dankumbo is a young professional and public servant and one of the Trustees of the Dankumbo Charity Foundation. As part of the Foundation’s leadership, he will oversee the Youth Empowerment and Leadership Development portfolio, one of the Foundation’s key strategic focus areas, promoting youth participation, leadership skills, entrepreneurship, employability, and opportunities for personal and professional development.
Adamu Biniya is a healthcare professional and Environmental Health Technician and one of the Trustees of the Dankumbo Charity Foundation. As part of the Foundation’s leadership, he will oversee the Healthcare and Community Wellness portfolio, one of the Foundation’s key strategic focus areas, promoting access to healthcare, public health awareness, preventive care, environmental health, and healthier communities.
Shamsi Abdullahi Garba is a public servant and modern farmer specializing in crop and livestock farming and one of the Trustees of the Dankumbo Charity Foundation. As part of the Foundation’s leadership, he will oversee the Agriculture and Food Security portfolio, one of the Foundation’s key strategic focus areas, promoting sustainable agriculture, modern farming practices, food security, farmer empowerment, and improved livelihoods for farming communities.
Shafaatu Ahmed, Esq. is a Nigerian legal practitioner called to the Bar in 2022, with a strong commitment to service, equity, and community development. She has experience in public service, legal practice, advocacy, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, and currently serves in the Legal Department of the Niger Delta Power Holding Company (NDPHC).
As Secretary and Trustee of Dankumbo Charity Foundation, Shafaatu oversees governance, documentation, and compliance, ensuring transparency, accountability, and effective implementation of the Foundation’s mission and programmed. She will also oversee the Education and Scholarship Support portfolio, one of the Foundation’s key strategic focus areas, promoting access to quality education, scholarships, learning opportunities, and support for deserving students and underserved communities.

Abubakar Badamasi is a social networking engineer, activist, and philanthropist with experience in digital systems, community engagement, and cross-border development. Through his expertise, he connects border communities, advocates for safer cross-border practices, and supports initiatives that strengthen livelihoods and community resilience. As Executive Director of Dankumbo Charity Foundation, he is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the Foundation’s programmed and projects to ensure alignment with its strategic goals. He also heads the Foundation’s staff management team, providing administrative leadership, coordinating staff activities, and promoting effective teamwork and professional performance.
